Shaker Bit Help

Hello,

I have the shaker bet set and I am trying to get the fit just perfect and I am having a bad time. When I put the joint together the front is flush but the back has about 1/32 gap. I took all the shims out of the bit to get it tighter but I took all the shims out and cant get it tighter. On my first run of cabinets I had to handplane the front sloping edge of the stile to get the fit tight.

I don't want to have to handplane every door on the whole kitchen to get it to fit right!!!
