Katana router bit bodies are created on a Computerized Numeric Control lathe from a single bar of solid SAE 4140 steel that is heat treated up to a Rockwell hardness of 45 RC, for durability and top performance.
2 flute, carbide tipped with totally enclosed ball bearing guides. Ideal for decorative edges on furniture, cabinets, and molding. Also used for dropleaf table joints, molding, etc. 1/2" shank.

Micro-grain carbide cutters are Diamond Honed to a 600 grit mirror finish on CNC multi-axis grinders. The razor sharp edge and polished surface gives superior performance and holds its edge longer.
Make perfect rule joints for your traditional dropleaf table. Set includes carbide tipped cove and round over bits. Use with 3/4" stock. Complete instructions provided. Use the 5/8" set when mounting hinges on the surface. The 1/2" set is used when recessing hinges.
