2 flute, carbide tipped. Dovetail joints are mechanically strong as well as decorative. Perfect for making strong joints on drawers, boxes and furniture carcasses. Bits fit most popular jigs (see Leigh Jig equivalency chart below.) Makes sliding dovetails, half blind dovetails, French dovetails, etc. Item #5396 and #5397 are designed to be used for Sears dovetail jigs.

Candle Stand Router Bits

Makes a perfect fit/joint on a round candle stand post. Now fit a square leg to a round post. Your leg locks securely in place with a sliding dovetail joint. The recess cutter gives plenty of flexibility. Also use to fit square post on large dining tables, to make mating leg parts, and to connect aprons and legs on small tables in place of mortise and tenon joints. Use #7687 for narrow diameter candle stand bases and sliding dovetail joinery. For 3/4" stock.
