Use our exclusive, money saving biscuit joining method. Make exceptionally strong joints with your router and a quality Katana router bit. Kit includes Katana® slot cutter, arbor, bearing, and biscuits. Biscuit joining is one of the strongest, fastest, safest and most accurate ways to join hard and soft woods, plywood, composition board, etc.

By using our carbide-tipped 5/32" slot cutter, you can join corners (frame joining & mitre joining), edge to surface (butt joining & T-joining), and edge to edge. Use Item #5155 spiral upcut bit to cut slots in the center of the board which would be beyond the reach of a slot cutter. FREE INSTRUCTIONS available for these bits.

*Use water based glue (carpenter’s glue) in the slots. Insert biscuit in slot and compressed biscuit expands as moisture from glue is absorbed.
