I used this bit to make glass windows for a bedroom garden window. I could not be more satisfied. After some time with the setup, the bit worked wonderfully. The trim piece that is produced is perfect and matches. The bit could also be used for glass cabinet doors. I am glad to have discovered this bit.

Used these bits to make divided light cabinet doors. Quick, easy,nice smooth finish cut. The cut depth is 3/16,so remember this if you read any of the instructions on this site. Be sure to make set up blocks the same thickness as your work piece, and make sure they fit together properly with all flush surfaces before you begin, it will save a lot of frustration when the piece is glued and screwed. Great set.

Matched Mini Round Rail and Stile Bits (5/5), Jun 23, 2009

I’m working on a clock (Shaker style but wanted to cut the doors with a matched round rail and stile bit) the doors are 9/16 thick. The cuts are just perfect and clean. The joints fit beautifully. What a great bit set for the value.

I purchased the matched pair of sash cutting bits in order to rebuild a window sash from a 1920's farmhouse. The set arrived in the mail within 2 days of ordering and I was cutting rails, stiles and mullions a day later! Excellent set of bits that cut clean and replicated the original sash almost perfectly. I generally purchase all of my router bits from MLCS and have never been disappointed. Excellent products, service and price point!
