"Portable" Bench Top MLCS Router Table

The Portable Bench Top Router Table has a sturdy 1” thick table top with a durable 24” x 16” melamine surface, MDF core and banded edges, and features sturdy 11” long hinged, locking legs.

ROUTER TABLE FEATURES

• A 12” x 9” Phenolic Router Insert Plate with removable rings that allow 3 different size openings (see #9338 All-In-One Router Plate for info)
• Two Aluminum T-Track Slots and One Aluminum Miter Slot
• The T-Track Slots allow attachment of featherboards or jigs to the fence
• Split Fence has a dust port and adapter for standard Shop Vac hoses
• Hex head adjusting screws to level magnetic insert to top
• High Split Fence with a MDF core and melamine surface, allows edge routing for safer vertical routing
• Router Fence features 24” long anodized aluminum angle to keep the fence at 90º (within 0.010”) for accuracy
• Measuring tape on top of fence reads both right to left and left to right, allowing easy measurements
• Durable plastic safety guard
• Predrilled to accept our 11” folding legs
• Works with our Miter Gauge (#9458)

CABINET BASE FEATURES
Provides features found on many “high end” routing systems, but in a useful, compact design.

• Constructed with an MDF core, all visible surfaces are covered by durable melamine.
• The doors on the cabinet help to reduce router noise and eliminate sawdust & woodchips on your shop floor.
• European style hinges allow the doors to be adjusted independently.
• Interior space can be used to store your router accessories when not in use.
• 21" wide x 13" deep x 15" tall interior will accommodate any router up to 15" in height. The base is 24" wide x 16" deep.
• All parts pre-drilled for quick and easy assembly.
• Item #9777 does not include folding legs.

"Aluminum" Benchtop MLCS Router Table

Made of extruded aluminum with braces, this table is portable enough to store easily, but is "ROCK SOLID" for professional routing and shaping with top accuracy.

• 24" wide by 16" deep by 19" high and weighs only 25 lbs.
• Two removable rings give three bit openings (1-3/16", 2-5/8" and 3-15/16"). The 1-3/16" opening holds Porter Cable® style guide bushings.
• The steel stand has non-slip rubber feet to ensure that the table holds firm on its own or you can use the brackets to mount to a bench or plywood base.
• Clamping system allows mounting with any router.
• Adjustable wood split fence (9-1/2" x 2-3/4" each) is supported by an aluminum frame with a dust hood attachment and T-Track.
• Includes T-Track for attaching included safety chip guard or other hold down devices (stops, featherboards, etc.).
• Built-in miter gauge and slot for fast and accurate set-up
