I found that when I chucked up these bits in the Drill Press they didn't run true. The problem lies in that the shanks are forged and the drills are ground on a grinder. Usually drill bits have machined shanks that are true to the cutters. I found to correct this I had to chuck up the bit and turn it on and keep rotating the shank in the chuck until I found the "sweet spot" where it ran true. Then mark the drill shank with a marker and put a mark on the chuck so that next time I chucked it up in the same spot.
