The Xtreme Xtension adapter makes changing bits above the table a breeze. Just a half turn of the included Allen wrench either locks the bit firmly in place or loosens it for removal. Also, changing bits above the table eliminates the problem of accessing the collet nuts through the often small openings in the router housing. My router is mounted in an MLCS table saw extension which means below the table bit changing requires getting familiar with the sawdust patterns on the floor of my shop. Life is now easier.
